The organ didn't quite fit...

The beginning organ was a little high pitch, I would suggest dropping it down into the mid spectrum instead of high like that, then have it brought up again after the glass break.

Loved the piano mixed with the sequencing Sytrus. Sounded pretty awesome :) But that organ should probably become a different instrument at the 1:00 mark.

This might just be my extreme dislike of that sound though lol, so don't take it too much to heart.

Another thing is the glass break sounds really awesome and fits great in the genre, however it is really loud, maybe turn it down a little? Just saying :)

Is the tom drum panned to the left on purpose?

Just curious, it makes it sound like a little oger is banging on a drum behind me to my left lol, which is kind of cool XD

This is really short, though that isn't always a terrible thing, but since you posted in classical I was expecting something a little longer, with more in it. This would make a good intro with a huge climax towards the 1 minute mark.

For a beginning this is really good :D

Thanks for the high score! I'm glad you like it. I realise it is a little short and am planning on making it longer. The drum thing you mentioned is because the drum is fully panned to the left, while most of the other bits are on the right.

I think you should do it longer :)

At first the one synth that is really echo-ish got kind of annoying, but it faded into something better in time, just a warning about the echo ;)

1:00 was beautiful!

I like the beat, but I cant really make out the bass-line and kick all the time, which me being a nut for that kind of thing am of course going to ask for a stronger beat ;)

The melody was genius, very good musical composition and keeping everything in the right key and everything. (Lots of that seems to go fail these days with noobz)

((Looped it for like 10 minutes by the way lol, loving it))

This was worth WAY more than 0.63 <.< Seriously.

Though for trance it was missing the nice kick drum to pump it through. And a bass line. Like I can kind of hear it, but it's drowned out by the more ambient sounds.

Not a bad start :)

Something to try would be a stronger bass kick that has more oomph and is more steady, I think there is a lack of bass line too. Usually with this genre the bass is side chained with the 4/4 beat. And it normally works great :D (normally lol, I've heard some stinkers, and created a few)

I would also suggest toning down the lead a little, it's pretty high (I know its super hard to do, I always have trouble keeping the pitch from being a shrieker...)

The guy who bombed this before I got to it was just jealous :p There is someone going around bombing everything so just ignore the score you got and go with the reviews :)

Definitely liked this though! Lots of potential, and already better than what I can do lol. I especially like 3:00 and on, when the hat comes in it's really good :) Maybe adding a light clap or snare every other beat would help the beat sound more full too.

thanks :) it's not pokemon, or final fantasy, its actually a melody from Ghidorah's dark december, i just sequenced it for fun in FL Studio, and messed with some sounds, i make all presets myself

Thanx!! ... I`ll try to do something with the kick... I`m currenlty relocating, and my speakers isn`t up yet, and mixing the `bottom` is a bit harder with only headphones.. ...even if I know them well ;)
I`ve done some new EQ`ing on the kick now (and on most hats) and played a little more with the ducking compression..

I am pretty sure you will get better if you keep working at it :D This is already really good!

The intro is really long, and most Newground listeners only have the attention span for 3 second intros, which is sad for Trance producers since the intros are beautiful and can run up to three minutes alone lol.

But anyway, great work! Suggestions, I could only really say add some percussion and a baseline :) That's all thats missing! seriously, good job!

And your right, definitely a Japanese feel to it, oriental at the very least.

Tips: I would suggest a baseline, and since it's trance a nice side-chain baseline always works best. This is where you have a 4/4 kick going and every off beat is a bass note ((usually I would use 3xOsc with a low octave and saw inserts, assuming you use FL Studio of course lol)) The off beat would then be ((in the pattern selector)) every third hit.

that's really the only thing missing :) Well, maybe a nice string pad or something, but thats extra ;)
